Web Producer

This position is responsible for managing the successful delivery of web development projects. The role requires close interaction with development, engineering, quality assurance, customer support, marketing, and the client/producer. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and be eager to take on a variety of project and balance multiple simultaneous responsibilities.

Strong candidates possess an analytical mind and are able to balance many competing priorities. Additional responsibilities include requirements gathering, application wire framing, client management, and project planning.

A background in Service/Consulting Implementations or Systems Engineering experience is valuable. Experience in online gaming an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Create Product Specifications and wireframes for application development.
Manage execution and delivery of large and small projects on-time and on-budget.
Manage the day to day project operations and communications. This includes:
Leading the cross-functional team to accurately scope work and define the appropriate project delivery methodology.
Modeling staffing requirements for projects and maximize the efficiency and optimization of the team.
Establishing and build professional relationships at all organizational levels while ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

2-4 years of project management experience.
Knowledge of Project Management principles, methods & techniques.
Experience leading and motivating a cross-functional project team within budget and schedule constraints.
Experience with all facets of web development including strategies, design, implementation, and user adoption.
Highly developed communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation & negotiation skills.
The ability to work under minimal supervision, independently and/or as a member of a project team.
